Michael has over 25 years of experience in small business ownership, financial planning, investments, private equity, private debt funding.
He has helped small business obtain credit lines, asset based loans and other types of financing.
Michael has 5 years experience with internet marketing, traditional marketing and sales.
Robert Smith
Loan & Funding Analyst
Robert has over 18 years of experience funding, commercial mortgages, equipment leases, credit lines and business loans. He has helped provide equipment financing, sale/leasebacks, and collateral only loans.
Robert has experience in providing debtor in possession financing, exit financing and other liquidity solutions.
Robert has been instrumental in advising on asset based loans and acquisitions of senior debt secured by business assets. He’s assisted with the acquisition and disposition of operating and non-operating capital assets in various industries.
